Return eligibility

Eligible items generally must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in resalable condition with original packaging, labels, and documentation.

Return window

Return requests must be submitted within [ENTER RETURN WINDOW] days of delivery. This editable placeholder must be replaced with the store's approved policy period before publication.

Authorization required

Contact Dry Dock Marine before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender.

Restocking and special orders

Approved returns may be subject to restocking or supplier fees. Special-order, discontinued, configured, cut, opened, or nonreturnable items may be excluded.

Used and electrical parts

Used-part returns depend on the item listing and authorization terms. Installed, energized, altered, or damaged electrical and electronic parts may not be returnable.
